Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to boil in medium sized pan. Add rice, reduce heat to simmer and cook 4-5 minutes. Watch for foaming.
Drain in fine mesh strainer.
Return to pan and toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil ( optional).
