Step 1
Heat oven to 180°C fan. Toss the potatoes in oil, season and roast for 40-45 mins.
Step 2
Spray 1 kcal oil into large frying pan, season chicken steaks and cook 2-3 mins each side, until cooked through, remove from pan and set aside.
Step 3
Add garlic, capers, lemon juice and stock to the pan and bubble for 3-4 mins
Step 4
Return chicken to the pan and warm through.
Step 5
Stir in dill and lemon zest and serve with potatoes and salad.
