Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl and mix with hands
Step 3
Shape into a loaf and place into a cast iron skillet or a large greased loaf pan and put into oven
Step 4
Cook for 45-60 min or until it reaches 160 degrees
Step 5
Remove meatloaf from oven and pan and let rest under tin foil
Step 6
Save grease for gravy(see gravy recipe)
