Vegetable Rice medley
Use 2 bouillon cubes & 1 3/4 Cup boiling water for broth.
Do not use frozen mixed vegetable containing potato.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat oil in a skillet.
2. Add chopped onion, carrot & celery; cook 5 minutes or until tender.
3. In a bowl combine 2 bouillon cubes & 2 cups water to make broth.
3. Add broth to sautéed vegetables & bring to a boil.
4. Stir in 1.5 cups rice and 3/4 cup peas; cover.
5. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add more water if needed.
6. Remove from heat.
7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 8. Fluff with a fork.
9. Freeze leftovers.
10. Serving size 1/3 cup
