Step 1
Combine chia seeds with ½ cup water in a small bowl. Stir to combine. Set aside.
Step 2
Grate apple on the largest holes of a box grater. Place in medium bowl; add shredded coconut and milk. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Coarsely chop hazelnuts and strawberries. Add to the bowl.
Step 4
Add chia seeds mixture to the bowl with apple mixture. Mix to combine. Serve with dollop of coconut milk yogurt.
