Step 1
1. Cut the tortillas into triangles. Add oil spray and air fry for 3-4 minutes at 350* F. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.

2. Whisk the egg whites and egg together and season with salt and pepper.

3. Grease a pan with avocado oil spray and add the tortilla chips.
Step 4
4. Add in the egg mixture and combine well.
Step 5
5. Mix in with salsa verde and top with cheese. Cover and let the cheese melt.
Step 6
6. Once plated add your toppings of choice. I add Greek yogurt and avocado
