Step 1
Roughly chop 皮蛋. One goes with rice, one goes in after congee is cooked.

Cook congee in instant pot, high pressure, 30min, natural release.
Step 3
Meanwhile, chop green onion, thinly slice pork tenderloin, marinade with ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and white pepper. Stir liquid in meat, when absorbed, add corn starch, then add 1 tbp of sesame oil.
Step 4
After congee is cooked, put setting on sauté. Put the other half of 皮蛋, pork, green onion (save a few tbp for garnish), chicken flavoring and white pepper, cook for 3-5 min.
Step 5
Put in sesame oil. Serve and garnish with more green onion.
