Instructions
Step 1
Add chicken seasoning to diced chicken breasts with a drizzle of olive oil then mix to coat them . Add to a pan and fry until they have a little color
Step 2
Add diced carrot and the white parts of the green onions and fry one more minute


Step 3
Add bashed garlic tomatoes , kidney beans , broth bring to a boil and add the pasta then cook according to package instructions . I added a Parmesan rind in here for extra flavor so if you have one add it . You can remove it later after it’s cooked





Step 4
When the noodles are cooked add the baby spinach and the tops of the green onions . Season how you like with salt and pepper . Serve immediately I love to add some sour cream and herbs . Enjoy
