Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, and lime (or lemon) juice to create the marinade in a bowl.

Step 2
Place the tuna steaks in a reusable plastic bag, container, or ziplock and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3
While the tuna marinates, prepare the salad and the dressing.
Step 4
To toast the quinoa, heat a pan over medium heat. Add the quinoa and let it toast for about 5 minutes, stirring every minute, until golden brown.

Step 5
Whisk together lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, avocado oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Step 6
Roughly chop the greens and place them in a salad bowl. Add berries, walnuts, toasted quinoa, and red onion.

Step 7
Toss the salad with the dressing just before enjoying it.
Step 8
After marinating, cook the tuna steaks in the Air fryer at 375°F for 6 minutes.

Step 9
Simmer the remaining marinade for about 2 minutes in a non-stick pan until it thickens. Heat the tuna steaks in this sauce before serving.
