When you want potatoes and hamburger but can't choose... why not have both.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees (personally depending on your oven I use 250)
Step 2
Add your diced potatoes (as much as you prefer) to a pot and add water until they are covered adding a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil until potatoes are soft your liking.
Step 3
Remove potatoes from stove and drain. Add butter and mash it up really good.
Step 4
Add in your chives and mix until combined. Set aside to cool
Step 5
In a pan add oil, onion, and garlic and fry up. Add hamburger and cook until done.
Step 6
Drain excess grease. Add in your salt, paprika, tomato sauce and mix.
Step 7
Take your potatoes and dplot into 4. Roll into a ball and start forming a bowl shape. Do this with all 4.
Step 8
Set those potato bowls into glass dish. Add cheese into those bowls. Topping with hamburger mixture and more cheese.
Step 9
Stick into oven for 10 minutes and then enjoying
