Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat oil in pan over high heat, then begin to brown the meatballs.
Step 2
2. Finely chop onion and garlic, add to pan when meatballs are well browned
Step 3
Add in tomato paste and allow to cook, then follow this with tinned tomatoes and kidney beans
Step 4
Add in various seasonings, including salt & pepper to taste
Step 5
Simmer on a low heat until meatballs are cooked through. Serve with rice, avocado and grated cheese
