Instructions

Step 1
1. Head oil over a medium head and then add finely chopped onion, pepper, tomato, garlic and chilli

2. Once softened, add tomato paste and spices, allowing to cook off for a few minutes

3. Add beans of choice, peanut butter, and water and stir thoroughly. Cover and allow to simmer until chickpeas are soft.
