Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F. Grease baking pan with oil.
Step 2
Mix ricotta with spices and herbs to your own taste.
Step 3
Add sauce to baking pan and layer lasagna sheets.
Step 4
Add sauce on top of lasagna. Add some of the shredded Swiss Gruyère, ricotta, Parmesan.
Step 5
Repeat layering with pasta and cheese. Top layer should end with sauce on lasagna with shredded Swiss Gruyère and Parmesan.
Step 6
Bake for 40 minutes with foil on top. After 40 minutes, remove foil and bake for another 20 minutes. Afterwards remove baking pan from oven and allow to cook for 15 minutes.
