Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix curry paste and coconut milk. Place mixture into rice cooker with all ingredients but protein. Stir to combine.
Step 2
Season to taste with soy sauce and add protein. Cover rice cooker and turn on for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Remove lid, stir, re-cover, and cook 10 more minutes.
Step 4
Serve immediately over rice.
