In a pot, combine coconut milk, sugar, salt and set on low heat until sugar devolved☝Don't boil!

Pour the mixture over the rice and let it soak for 30 mins
🥥 Coconut Topping
Step 4
Combine sugar, salt, coconut milk, corn starch and mix well. Make sure there're no lumps!

Put the soak rice into the bowl. Top with the coconut sauce and yellow mung beans (or sesame seeds). Serve with a ripe mango 🥭
