Step 1
Wash and dab dry the leaves

Toast the chopped nuts (swop for pecan or another high fat and fibre nut)

Core and dice apple and spread on bed of leaves

Spread nuts and cranberries next and sprinkle with vinaigrette.

Chop rest of toasted nut a bit more and top on salad
