Instructions
Step 1
Cook meat and onion until browned

Add 3/4 cup water,stick cubes, sauces and seasonings

Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes

Bend flour and remaining water and add to meat, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes then cool
Step 5
Line a dish with shortcrust pastry
Step 6
Spoon cooled meat mixture moisten edges of pastry with water
Step 7
Top with puff pastry and press down on the sides to seal. Trim edges and glaze with egg
Step 8
Bake at 450F for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 375F for another 25 minutes until golden brown
