Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Mix yellow rice according to package instructions and pour into 9x13 baking dish. Place chicken thighs on top of rice. Mix onion soup packet with 16 oz sour cream. Spoon on top of chicken. Cover with foil & bake for 45 minutes. When chicken & rice are done, remove foil. Sprinkle mozzarella over top and return to oven until cheese melts, maybe 5 minutes. Enjoy!
