Instructions
Step 1
Take out and start to defrost the frozen peas and carrots. Cut the potato, onions, bell pepper, and garlic, and set aside.
Step 2
In a large pot or pan with some oil, add the ground pork and flatten it out on the pan. Let it fry for about 3-5 minutes to let it get some color. Break up the pork and sauté till you don’t see anymore pink.
Step 3
Push the pork to one side of the pan and add the vegetables. Once the onions start to turn translucent, mix the vegetables together with the pork. Now add the oyster sauce, banana ketchup, soy sauce, tomato sauce, Maggi seasoning, and black pepper. Mix well, then reduce to a simmer and let the sauce thicken. The dish is ready when you make a line through the sauce, and you can easily see the bottom of the pan.
Step 4
Cut a pan del sal roll in half, and scoop and generous potion of the meat inside. Top it with your favorite chips, and enjoy.
