4chicken breasts

1yellow onion

1jalapeño

4 cupschicken bone broth

1 ½ cupssour cream

½ cupshredded monterey jack cheese

4cloves garlic
minced

½ tablespoondried oregano

½ teaspoonchili powder

2 cupsfrozen sweet white corn

½ cupcilantro
chopped

1juice of lime

3 tablespoonscornstarch

3 tablespoonswater

cotija cheese

Bacon crumbles

Instructions
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add Onion and Jalapeño, sauté until softened.
Step 2
2. Add garlic, oregano and chili powder, stir until combined.

3. Add broth, chicken, salt and pepper? Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 min or until chicken is cooked.

4. Shred chicken and add back

5. Add sour cream, cheese, cilantro, corn and lime juice.

6. Combine cornstarch and water, add to pot.
Step 7
7. Simmer 10 min and serve.
