Instructions

Step 1
Chop the onion, carrot and the bacon medallions.
Step 2
Boil the carrots in a saucepan until softened. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Step 3
Add to a pan of frylight on high heat the chopped onion and garlic. Season with italian herbs.
Step 4
Add the bacon and cook thoroughly.
Step 5
Add the tagliatelle to the leftover carrot water or boil some more. Cook until al dente.
Step 6
Add to the carrots to the pan. Then add the philadelphia and water, stirring well.
Step 7
Add the parmesan and cheddar and stir.
Step 8
Finally, drain and add the cooked tagliatelle, mix together and serve.
