Instructions
Step 1
Blend oats in a blender until resembling flour.
Step 2
In a bowl, add the oats, egg white and milk.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Step 4
Heat a large non stick pan with frylight over medium heat.
Step 5
Scoop 1/3 of the mixture onto the pan and spread out like a crepe. Cook over medium heat for 1-2 mins and flip.
