Instructions
Step 1
Dice the onion and chicken breast.
Step 2
Wash and deseed the peppers and chop into strips.
Step 3
Add the chicken to the pan and cook thorougly. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Step 4
Add the onions and pepper to a pan of frylight and cook until softened.
Step 5
To a jug, add the soy sauce, worcester sauce, sweet chilli sauce, tomato puree an water. Mix well.
Step 6
Add the sauce to the pan of veg and stir. Simmer well until thickened.
Step 7
Add the cooked chicken and mix well. Enjoy :)
