Instructions
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Chop the onions and pepper and cook until soft. Add the garam masala, cumin and salt and cook for another minute.
Step 2
Rinse and boil the chickpeas until softened.
Step 3
Add the chickpeas to the pan, remove from the heat and add the chilli flakes. Add the spinach, chopped parsley and season with salt. Yummers
