Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425
Step 2
Mix eggs (2 dough eggs only!) and sugar until dissolved.
Step 3
Add flour, baking powder, vanilla essence, butter (melted) and milk. Mix well.
Step 4
Butter baking pans and divide batter amongst (about 1/4 full each).
Step 5
Crack an egg into each pan, add meat and/or cheese, seasoning and herbs.
Step 6
Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean. Turn oven off and let sit 5 minutes.
