Instructions
Step 1
Drain the kidney beans/chickpeas and wash.
Step 2
Chop the onion and garlic and add to hot oil in a pan on a medium heat.
Step 3
Add the kidney beans/chickpeas.
Step 4
Season with the chilli powder, curry powder, turmeric, salt and curry leaves.
Step 5
Add 6-7 tbsp of coconut milk powder to 2 cups of hot water and stir well.
Step 6
Add the milk to the pan and stir well.
Step 7
Cook through until boiling and it is ready to enjoy with rice.
