Step 1
Preheat oven to 220 °C.
Step 2
Add the egg, blended oats, greek yoghurt, garlic powder, basil and baking powder to a baking round dish and mix. Flatten out to a base.
Step 3
Top with the tomato sauce mixed with italian herbs, mozzarella and spinach.
Step 4
Cook in the oven for 20 mins and enjoy.
