I always use frozen fruit for smoothies but after using frozen mango for this mango-jalapeño salmon dish, I might need to start using it in my dishes more. Recipe below!

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425F
Step 2
Mix mango, jalapeños, cilantro, honey, lime, and red onion together and set aside
Step 3
Line a baking sheet and add the salmon filets then brush with olive oil.
Step 4
Mix your paprika, garlic powder, salt, & pepper seasoning and season the salmon on top and the sides.
Step 5
Bake at 425F for 15-18 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the salmon, top with the mango jalapeño salsa, and enjoy!
