Instructions

Step 1
Peel the potatoes and carrots wash them and in a pan give them half a boil approximately 4 to 5 minutes maximum
Step 2
Drain the water from the carrots and potatoes and put them in a bowl
Step 3
Now roughly chop the zucchini and bell pepper and add them to the bowl with carrots and potatoes
Step 4
Slice the onions into half circle shapes and add them to the bowl
Step 5
Mix the vegetables all together and add the salt, red pepper flakes, paprika, powder ginger and any other spices you like
Step 6
Cook them all in an air fryer for 25 minutes with opening every 10 minutes to toss them around
