Blueberry Overnight Oats
For good reason, overnight oats appear to be the breakfast meal prep king. They are easy to prepare, packed with protein and fiber, and keep you feeling satisfied all morning 🙌🏻
I love how simple it is to change up the flavors by including various toppings and mix-ins. I used frozen blueberries to mix in before putting in the fridge overnight to add to the color 💙. These blueberry overnight oats are definitely one of my new favs, topped with fresh blueberries and even a drizzle of peanut or almond butter 🤤
I add a serving of vanilla whey protein powder to my oatmeal to make it high in protein and a well-balanced breakfast.
