Step 1
Peel & chop carrots. Roast @ 400 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes flipping half way through
Step 2
For the Glaze - Melt butter in the pan. then add all other ingredients on low heat till it thickens
Step 3
Add roasted carrots and enjoy!
