5 ozbaby bella mushrooms
diced

10 oznapa cabbage
thinly sliced

8 ozcarrots
shredded

8 ozfirm tofu
broken apart with a fork

2 Tbspsoy sauce

¼ tspwhite pepper

1 tspsesame oil

Dipping Sauce:
Instructions
Step 1
Add 2 tbsp oil to a skillet over high heat and add garlic and scallions. Saute for 30 seconds until fragrant




Step 2
Add jalapeno peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and tofu. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.




Step 3
Add napa cabbage and cook until soft

Step 4
Turn off the heat and season with soy sauce, white pepper, and sesame oil. Mix well and set aside to cool down.



Step 5
Dip the rice paper in a bowl of water until thoroughly wet. Place it on a flat surface and add 2 tbsp cooked fillings. Fold it into a square shape and wrap it with a second layer of rice paper


Step 6
Add 3 tbsp oil to the skillet and fry the dumplings until both sides are golden brown, about 5 minutes


Step 7
Mix dipping sauce ingredients
