Instructions
Step 1
Fill a pot halfway to 3/4th full of water
Add 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of salt
Bring water to boil
Add linguine noodles
When noodles become floopy, take one out and let it cool a bit, bite into it to test the desired texture
Once a noodle gets close to the desired softness/hardness, remove and strain.
Note: Noodles continue to cook after removal, so you'll want them slightly more hard than you like when you remove them from the water.
Plate, let cool a bit, then serve.
