Instructions
Step 1
Soak for 24 hours
Step 2
Elachi, lavanga, rajma, pulav ele, harshna, haaki benne tara 7 to 8 whistles (approx 25 min) koogsbeku (in medium flame)
Step 3
Mash ¼th of Rajma.
Step 4
Jeera, Hasi menasinakayi, Onion, Tomato (1 tomato more) haaki badiskondu, kharada pudi, salt, rajma masala, garam masala (in 3:1)
Step 5
Leave for 7 to 8 min and again add rajma masala, coriander powder, jeerige powder
Step 6
Add boiled rajma and pinch of salt and boil for few minutes
Step 7
Add kottambari, garam masala, lemon and kasturi methi
