Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the squash into large cubes
Step 2
Boil for 15 minutes
Step 3
Put the raw ham slices on a baking tray bake under the heater at 220CΒ° for 5 mins to create "ham chips"
Step 4
Mix the squash with the cream until smooth. Season to taste
Step 5
Boil the gnocchi in slightly salted water. The gnocchi will float to the top when cooked (2-4 minutes)
Step 6
Heat some onions in a pan and add in the squash cream, then the gnocchi. Season if necessary
Step 7
You can add the parmesan in the pan or once served
Step 8
Add the ham chips on top of your served plate
