Instructions
Step 1
Cut butter in chunks and spread evenly in pn.
Step 2
Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper and place in pan on top of butter.
Baking dish
Step 3
Mix soups, milk and rice together.
Step 4
Pour evenly over chicken
Step 5
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
