700gLean Beef Steak
cut into thin strips, i use Topside beef, get it straight from a butchers
20mlSoy Sauce
Light
2 tspGarlic Powder
2 tspBlack Pepper
½ tspBaking Soda
use this to make the beef extra tender!)
2 tspOlive Oil
20gCornflour
star, used to make it crispy but is optional
220gEgg Noodles
Uncooked
Green Onion
Scallion, the white and green parts used seperately
4Garlic Cloves
Chopped or minced garlic
0.5red onion
sliced
40mlDark & Light Soy Sauce
50gOyster Sauce

½ cupWater
5gCornstarch
Mixed with 15ml water
chilli flakes
garnish with
sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Cut beef into small strips and add soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, baking soda, corn starch, olive oil. Mix and marinate for 30 minute.
Step 2
Be sure to cook veggies and noodles on the side!
Step 3
Cook meat on high heat for 3 minutes on each side. Set aside
Step 4
In same pan add chopped garlic, a green onion, red onion. Cool until fragrant.
Step 5
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Bring to a boil and add cornstarch slurry. Let it thicken
Step 6
Add beef, cooked veggies, more green onion, and cooked noodles. Stir and enjoy!
