It’s creamy, toasty, budget-friendly and easy to make. Zhuzh it up with your choice of spices or sweeteners. I love adding a pinch of cinnamon & 1/2 tsp of vanilla.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 165°C and line a baking tray. Spread walnuts on the tray and roast in the oven for 7-10 minutes, turning halfway.

Step 2
Transfer walnuts to food processor with salt and process until smooth. Scrape down sides as needed until the nut butter is smooth. Optionally add in spices/sweetness and pulse.

Step 3
Transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 1 month. Perfect on toast and oatmeal or in smoothies and satay sauces.
