TURMERIC chicken salad

This creamy turmeric chicken salad is packed with antioxidants and makes for a delicious, healing lunch! I love adding turmeric to my meals because of its amazing health benefits and antioxidant properties. TURMERIC ✨fights free radicals in your body ✨reduces inflammation ✨supports immune function ✨& so much more! Recipe: Dressing •2 teaspoon turmeric •1 garlic clove minced or finely grated •1 teaspoon honey omit for Whole30 •dash of salt •2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar •1⁄3 cup extra virgin olive oil •1 tbsp tahini Salad •2 cups cooked shredded chicken •1 cup shredded carrots •2 cup slaw mix •1-2 green onion finely chopped •1⁄4 cup sulfite-free raisins (I omitted rn because of health stuff) 1.In a medium bowl, add the olive oil, turmeric, tahini, garlic, honey (if using), salt, pepper, and vinegar, stirring to combine. Alternatively, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 2.In a large bowl, add the chicken, carrots, slaw or cabbage, green onions. Add the dressing, stirring to combine. 3.Serve over greens!
