Instructions

Step 1
Sweat onion and bacon over medium heat until some of the bacon fat is rendered and they have started browning
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients and half a can of water and cook for 5-10 minutes until slightly thickened. Taste for seasoning and serve over pasta with cheese
