Step 1 Peel, chop, wash and then boil cassava until tender, set aside;

Step 4 Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion until wilted, then add the garlic, cardamom ginger, combflower, cloves, and cinnamon, stir-fry until fragrant and then put in the water that has been brought to a boil before;

Step 5 Next add the feet and cayenne pepper, cook until boiling.

Put the sliced carrots and cassava, then add salt, pepper and flavoring powder, check the taste.

Step 6 Add the sliced soup leaves, bring to a boil again, then turn off the stove.

Step 7 Arrange the dish in a serving container, sprinkle with fried onions.
