Instructions
Step 1
In a pan on low/medium heat, sweat the onion, chilli and garlic together with a pinch of salt for 3-5 mins. Add some basil and black pepper and sauté for 2 more mins.
Step 2
Add the finely sliced courgette slices, cooked peas and gently sauté for five mins whilst you put the pasta on
Step 3
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook your pasta
Step 4
Mix the drained tuna, crème fraiche, 100ml of your pasta water and chopped basil. Mix and let simmer for a few minutes before adding to the pasta. Add in the grated Parmesan and combine everything together.
Step 5
Grate in the lemon and add more Parmesan when serving if you your taste
