Instructions
Step 1
Cook the whole wheat spaghetti or noodles according to package instructions.
Step 2
Drain and set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and oyster sauce. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 4
Add minced garlic and sliced chicken to the skillet.
Step 5
Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 6
Add broccoli florets and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Step 7
Pour the soy sauce and oyster sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
Step 8
Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 9
Serve the chicken and broccoli stir-fry over the cooked noodles.
