Ingredients

500gpork mince
fatty

0.5onion
finely diced

4Garlic cloves
grated

4 tspginger
minced

2 Tbsplight soy sauce

1 TbspShoaxing wine

2 Tbspsesame oil
plus a drizzle more for later

½ tspsalt

1 ½ tspsugar

Carrot
finely diced

2 cupsveg
cabbage and mushrooms good, diced

cucumber
to serve

rice
to serve

sesame seeds
to serve

Kecap manis
to serve, optional
Instructions
Step 1
Mix soy sauce, shaoxing wine, sesame oil, sugar, and salt in a small bowl
Step 2
Dice veggies and onion
Step 3
Heat pan with oil on medium heat and cook onion and veg until softened - remove and set aside
Step 4
Add more oil to the pan and add mince, garlic, and ginger. Cook till almost brown and add the sauce
Step 5
Add the veggies back into the mince and mix together
Step 6
Serve with rice
Step 7
Top with dumplings, cucumber, sweet soy and sesame seeds
