Step 1
Chop onion, mince garlic and slice 6-10 mushrooms (Use as many or as few as your family likes). Sauté in a pan in a bit of oil until softened. Meanwhile bring a pot of water to boil and boil the tortellini. Once veggies are soft, add 2 tbsp flour to coat then mix in the mushroom soup and water + bouillon or broth, whichever you are using. Bring to heat while stirring regularly until thickened. Add tortellini and Greek yogurt or sour cream and season with pepper to taste. Optionally you could add a bit or Worcestershire sauce to increase depth of flavour.
