Follow for more meal prep friendly meals. One Pan Lemon & chicken orzo bake 🍋 RECIPE IS NOW ON THE BLOG! Link in bio! Ingredients: • 1 lb diced chicken breast • 1 tbs Avocado oil • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp pepper • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning • 1/3 cup fresh herbs, minced (I used dill, basil, thyme) • 3-4 garlic, minced • Zest & Juice of 1 lemon • Sun-dried tomatoes about 1/2 cup • 1 lemon, sliced • 1 Boursin cheese • 1/2 bag chopped frozen spinach (6 oz) • 1.5 cups orzo, dry • 2 cups chicken bone broth or chicken broth • 1 cup water Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 400 F and set your rack to the middle position. 2. Grab a large baking pan (9x13). Add your diced chicken breast, avocado oil and seasonings. Next add your garlic, fresh herbs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and sun-dried tomatoes. 3. Create a whole in the center and add your Boursin cheese. Next add in your frozen spinach, orzo, bone broth and water. Use a spatula to push down your orzo into the liquid and make sure everything is evenly distributed. Add your lemon slices on top. 4. Place in the oven and bake for about 35-40 minutes or until your orzo is cooked through! 5. Mix and serve!! If meal prepping, place into individual containers and store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Great for leftovers as well 😍🥰 I promise this is a show stopper!!!!

Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 400 F and set your rack to the middle position.
