Combine buffalo sauce and butter, heat till butter is melted, stir till butter is incorporated. Set aside to cool. Combine remainder ingredients in a bowl, add sauce mixture, mix thoroughly to incorporate all ingredients. Make into 4 equal patties. Put in freezer for at least an hour, or overnight. Remove from freezer, add about a tablespoon neutral oil to skillet, on med heat, fry burgers about 6-10 minutes on each side, till center reaches 165 temp. On the last flip, add 1 slice provolone cheese. Add extra buffalo sauce mixture to bun, if desired, add turkey burger, shredded lettuce, and tomato if desired.
