Parmesan roasted carrots

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven too 200c
Step 2
Cut your carrots length ways and then into bite size pieces
Step 3
Put them in a big enough bowl and drizzle with olive oil until all the pieces are covered
Step 4
Once in the bowl, add your paprika, garlic granules, salt and chilli flakes if you want an extra kick
Step 5
Grate some Parmesan and add it to the bowl of carrots, until all pieces are coated
Step 6
Get a baking tray and drizzle some more olive oil and spread it all over
Step 7
Place your carrots onto it, it doesn’t matter if they touch.
Step 8
Cook for 25 minutes then put them into a Erving bowl
Step 9
For the sauce: Put some mayonnaise into a bowl along with some honey and chilli oil
Step 10
Once mixed you can leave it in the fridge while the carrots our cooking
Step 11
Once cooked, place into a bowl with the sauce on the side and enjoy!!
