Instructions
Step 1
Combine ingredients as follows to get mixed correctly; hand whisk real good after adding each item Pour in flour (whisk real good to get clumps out) Add sugar Add baking soda Add salt Add cocoa • Note: remember to whisk mixture together real good after adding each item, • very important or you will get clumps and will not bake properly
Step 2
Add all liquids to mixture as listed above --- oil, vinegar, vanilla, water
Step 3
Stir with a hand whisk to paste
Step 4
Pour in pan(s) of your choice
Step 5
Bake at 375 degrees 30-45 minutes
Step 6
Note: use a wooden toothpick to check to see if done, insert toothpick all the way if toothpick comes out clean your cake is done, you will know. It is very obvious. The toothpick should not have anything on it. (Maybe a tiny crumb or 2)
