Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Whisk together gluten free flour, cocoa powder, tapioca flour, baking soda and monkfruit sweetener.
Step 3
Add maple syrup, oat milk and soda water to dry ingredients.
Step 4
Crush up half a sleeve of gluten free Oreos. Add cookies to brownie batter.
Step 5
Pour batter into an 8x8 baking pan.
Step 6
Bake for 23 minutes.
Step 7
Once brownies have cooled, pour melted vegan chocolate on top. Top with more crushed up gluten free Oreos.
Step 8
Cut brownies and enjoy!
